We use this information to: operate your club (shortlists, voting, meetup scheduling, discussion questions); send invites, reminders, and account-related emails; generate AI-powered suggestions (book shortlists, discussion questions, host package content); improve Swan Society during this founding member period.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers who help us run Swan Society, including: Supabase (database and account hosting), Groq (AI-generated discussion questions and content), Amazon (affiliate links; Amazon does not receive your personal data through these links beyond standard purchase-tracking).
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@swansociety.app.
Children's Privacy
Swan Society is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
Cookies & Analytics
Swan Society uses built-in website analytics provided by our hosting platform (Lovable) to understand traffic to our site — including visits, pages viewed, session length, general device type (desktop/mobile), and approximate country of origin. This is aggregate, non-invasive traffic data used to understand how the site is used; we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
